For any equipment, usage training is very important. To help our clients use the equipment well, we not only provide full set of user manuals, but also the instructional videos. If necessary, we can even arrange on-site training classes, either in our factories or the facilities of the clients.

Due to COVID, many of our clients can’t dispatch their employees to us for training. To solve this problem, we have established a remote service team to help our clients on this issue. Firstly, you need to follow our manual to install and repair. In case some faults can’t be figured out, our technicians will guide you through video meeting till the problems solved!
