XQB178 closed-head power tong
XQB178 power tong is a safe and accurate unit for the makeup and breakout of tubing and casing 1-5/16" through 7". It is a kind of special machine used to makeup the tubing thread in oilfield work over operation,it is a heavy duty workover power tong which applies to max.7”casing.
Application: Oilfield Workover

Main features:
1.Closed head design,which can better ensure the alignment of the tube and more accuracy of the alignment.
2. Two speed operation which have a big differential，fast speed in high gear，big torque in low gear,and torque can be controlled.
3.With lubricating device which can ensure the sufficient lubrication of the moving parts and absolute seal.
4.Roller chain drive is adapted in the tail end.
5. Using adjustable friction clutch can not parking shift, not only improve the service life of transmission parts, but also has the ability of overload protection.
6. Pliers drive motor, hydraulic control valves and back-ups reversing valve adopts imported assembly.
7.High strength safety torque arm.
8. The back-up tong adopts cylinder clamping which can reduce the damage to the pipe.
9. Can equipped with hydraulic spring lift bucket, satisfy any operation position
