XQ series power tong is a mouth opening power tong which can quickly make-up or break-out pipe strings in well service. It is widely used in onshore or offshore oilfields. It can reduce workload, improve work efficiency and the well service quality.
Application: Oilfield Workover
Pipe range:: 2 3/8”~5 1/2”
Max. torque: 12000N.M
System Pressure: 10 ~ 12 Mpa
Main features:
1. Long service life;
2. Equipped with conventional, less mark or none-mark tong head;
3. Backup tong clamp the bottom of coupling, effectively avoid thread gluing;
4. can be equipped extended guide, for backup tong to clamp the tubing;
5. The new hydraulic backup tong and the master tong form a combined tong, operate the control valve on the master tong, the backup tong will automatically clip or simultaneously loosen the tube pillar.
6. Adjust the oil supply pressure, users can obtain the best make-up torque of various kinds oil tube.
7. Users can equip hydraulic suspension according to needs, the suspension valve compactly contact with hand control valve, so it is easy to control.
