NJ762 Bucking Unit

NJ762 is suitable for special equipment for surface casing, conduit, and riser, and also for special thread buckle and coupling. The impression depth is less than 0.1mm. The floating arm tong can accurately detect the buckle torque, clearly display the torque diagram during the buckle, automatically change the speed, and the low speed is less than 1 r/min, which is suitable for the processing demand of large diameter casing.

Main features:

1. The equipment is applied to the processing of both tubing&casing in the common round thread especially premium thread，

4. It features the functions of automatic unloading control and over-torque alarm. Large-displacement unloading valve is used; the response speed is fast, thus avoiding over-torque during the making-up process.

5. The floating backup tong is able to inspect the make-up torque precisely.

6. The back-up tong can not only move back and forth flexibly but also up and down during the make-up process with the floating range of 5mm. If the back-up tong is clamped and floated integrally, the slightly bended pipes can also ensure the make-up without deviated radial diameter.

7. Front and back movement range of back-up tong:1800m and hydraulic oil cylinder is used as the movement power.
