JC30D-JC90D drawworks for Oilfield Drilling Rig
Main Mechnical Features:
1. All bearings are roller bearings. Shafts of drawworks are made of alloy steel.
2. Chains with forced lubrication can transmit with high accuracy and high strength.
3. Drum of drawworks is grooved. Ventilating air clutches constitute the high and low speed ends.
4. Brake drum (brake disc) is forcedly cooled with circulating water.
5. Drawworks surface is intermediate-frequency quenching-treated, and is durable.
6. Tooth profile of sprocket is intermediate-frequency quenching-treated. Involute-spline-tooth type clutch is used as shifting clutch.
7. Main brake is band brake or disk brake, auxiliary brake is Electromagnetic eddy current brake (water-cooled or air-cooled).
