Main features:

1) Designed as per API spec 6A,6D, NACE0175;

2) Simple structure and renewable gate and sea assembly;

3) One-piece and dual-acing gate with long service life;

4) Thrust bearing with large load capacity and composite rubber-plastic stem lip packing minimize operational torque;

5) Threaded packing gland allows removal of bearing and stem packing under pressure;

6) To type of closed groove seal ring installed between the valve body and bonnet, bolted connection is simple and reliable;

7) Bearing cap is provided with a grease cup to make it easy to inject the lubricating grease in the field;

8) The sealing surface of the gate and seat are spray welding with special hard alloy for wear and corrosion resistance;
