CZJ series bucking unit is suitable for disassembly, assembly and maintenance of all kinds of petroleum geological drilling tools, pipe string and downhole tool, pipe range from 2 3 / 8 " to 22" . It is also suitable for buckle&coupling of ordinary threaded.

Main features:
1.Using cylinder clamping, hydraulic motor drive continuous rotation,clamping once for one buckle process, leaving only one imprint mark on the workpiece.
2.Automatic control of the stepless variable speed: hydraulic system in the process of buckle displacement automatically controlled by the computer; according to the set buckle torque value, the system displacement is controlled by the computer and can be tracked automatically.
3.Using a high-precision synchronous motor, the cylinder clamping is fully synchronous.
about 5mm. Backup tong can float integrally while clamping.
4.Easy replacement of 2 7 / 8 ″ ~ 22 ″ dies through the dovetail slot on the jaw plate.
5.The whole process of buckle parameters can be recorded for history query.
